Since the foundation in 1995, we, the first Austrian auto cluster, have already achieved much success. At present, we have approx. 46,000 employees, 180 partner firms, 11 billion in turnover and 1.8 billion added value.

Yet we have more plans for the future:

• Effective support for our partner companies, successfully setting ourselves up for today's and tomor-row's needs of the national and international market.

• Developing an automotive region in south-east Europe for the creation of new markets and co-operation opportunities.

• Establishing Styria as the leading industrial location that creates impetus for training and develop-ment sectors.

• Long-term improvement/expansion of our multi-OEM capacity as well as our network structures, contact potentials and co-operation projects.

• Developing the Automotive Academy Styria into a training centre that covers all automotive areas, requirements and sectors.

• Increasing the regional and operational added value through a head start in know-how, information and innovation.

• Establishing an annual future conference, where the best-known masterminds of the global automo-tive world demonstrate new ways and opportunities.

• Initialisation of dynamic development processes for efficiently increasing competitiveness and pro-duction power.
